Staff rescheduled me before my first visit. I loss time and money taking off work when I went in for the first time I was informed by staff that it is a policy that the Physician's name is on the insurance card as a new patient. I had a reference number from the insurance company but staff refused to call and verify. Front desk clerk said she was new and unable to call and stated that both the Doctor and Nurse were at lunch out of the office even though someone was in the next room.
