Disappointing experience overall. Not the most responsive staff. Both CVS and CVS Caremark tried and failed to get a response for a prior authorization. CVS even requested an alternate drug but never heard back from this provider. They stopped trying after several attempts. I’ve been without my prescription for 5 weeks. I’m now seeking treatment elsewhere as I have lost faith that my care is being properly addressed. I’m surprised as I’ve always received excellent care through Ochsner’s network of doctors.
