Cat and Cow has been a super stress reliever for my big pup Zoe and I! I called on a Wed and the next day, Ms. Joyce was welcoming us with a warm greeting and big smile. Day boarding her at Cat and Cow has been the best experience!! All the sweet young ladies there treat her with love and care. But there's a special bond that Zoe and Emily have, even sharing the same birthday!
Employees are always helpful and love on my dog(COOKIE). Office is never crowded and always spotless. They never try to sale me supplies or medication I don’t need….
Called two weeks plus prior to boarding to schedule flu vaccine- the only vaccination not given at recent visit at a different veterinarian practice (also had exam and bloodwork). Was told that, due to new policy, my dog would need an exam for flu vaccine, that it was ‘unethical’ to give the vaccine without an exam. I personally get flu shots without an exam 🤷♀️
I do not recommend this vet office. They are so rude. I called this place a month in advance to board my American bulldog had all my documents sent in advance to this office. The day I come in to board him they turn me away and say they could not board him because of his temperament. However, they never tried to reach out to me weeks prior.
