A 5 week home rehab that took that long just to get the permits. After 10 months of being told it would get done finally pulled the plug and said dont come back. Issues that came caused me to stand tall and pay the contract in full and still asked for more money for other unforeseen problems. Contracts all say labor and materials to be furnished by contractor but now he claims we owe for labor. He put a lien on the house claiming everything on the contract was completed on December 21st yet on the 31st I have a video and pic... read more
