I had an appointment with this office. I was called and told that the Dr. had a family emergency and they didn't know when he would be back. A few weeks later someone from his office calls me and against my better judgement, I scheduled another appointment and because I am disabled I take medical taxis to my appointments. I get a call from his office asking me what my estimated time of arrival is, I told them 20 mins. Do yourself a favor and find another urologist. Went to him for a routine procedure by all accounts, the doctor’s included. Guy was cracking jokes while I was on the table, didn’t have the appropriate equipment (hemostats) and told his med student that he would improvise, and didn’t bother to put notes in the system to schedule me for a six month follow-up, which his office now states, six months later, I need to wait an additional two months to schedule. Dr Schoor and his nurses are professional, courteous and talented. My procedure, which almost always comes with post-op pain and discomfort didn’t even produce any soreness. In fact, I feel as if nothing was even done. Thank you so much to Dr Schoor, Peggy and their entire staff! Highly recommended!
