At best they’re disorganized; at worst, flat-out dishonest. Oliva told me they could complete my job (cutting two small slabs from a piece of scrap) in two weeks. After two weeks, they kept pushing back the completion date by 2-3 days at a time, prioritizing larger installation jobs ahead of mine. Four weeks later, no slabs. Called Discover Granite and had the job done for the same price in 24 hours!
Just had my kitchen countertop done. I am thrilled with the result. These folks are great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
I took a marble table top that had broken into three pieces to be repaired. They said that they could repair it and quoted a price. When I went to pick it up one crack was fine and the other was not. They explained that the table was no longer flat and that they couldn't get the crack to close properly. I said that they should have called me when they realized they would not be able to do the repair properly, and we could discuss what I wanted to do next.
