I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!
Dr. Maddalena took my family through the process of diagnosing infertility all the way to the birth of my twin girls and there were MANY complex bumps in between. He was open, honest, and professional. We always felt that he treated us as equal participants in our medical care and gave us the information we needed to make decisions as well as his educated opinion on the direction to take.
