He Listen and evaluate the situation properly. Thank God for him and his crew. They always make sure you are okay and do checkups on you often love them. Recommend to everyone I meet.
The latest visit resulted in an experience with very rude staff. I have come here with my family for years and have experienced caring professionals in the past.
Outstanding doctor and staff members. I appreciate the thoughtfulness. The doctor ordered a mri and thank God he did, the staff worked with insurance company to get an approval.
I always know that I am going to receive the best care at Baptist Convenient Care. The staff is virtuous, helpful and efficient. The nurse and practitioner are patient, thorough, and very knowledgeable. Also, my medication is called in in a timely Manner. Management of diagnosis is addressed with clear instructions about follow up. As a practitioner myself, I highly recommend this facility. I’m grateful to have a clinic this great in our community.

Due to the Pandemic it has made patients waiting longer. The Staff is kind,and reassuring and making the visits easier in this trying time.
Rick is always thorough & treats my current acute medical problem as well as checking on how I am handling my chronic health conditions ,addresses any other health problems & checks if I need additional help w/ them.Always will recommend him!
