The staff are rude and getting an appt here is just not a thing I guess. They rescheduled my appt with out telling me then an hour after I got the text that they rescheduled it called me to basically argue with me. Very rude and very unprofessional staff. Let’s just keep rescheduling appts for farther and farther out?! Not like our patients are on deaths door or have limited time right? Get a grip. I wouldn’t recommend them if you wanna have someone who cares about your health.

They have taken excellent care of my sister
I thought it was a good thing to finally have my FOURTH hematologist at TidalHealth, since the physicians kept leaving. This Dr did nothing for me and I almost ended back up in the ER with another PE. Lovenox injections were ordered per my PCP & they were $800 for a 30-day supply. Factor V Leiden pt and recurring PE & DVT. Always had her nurse contact me, she never directly contacted me. There were conversations had with the nurse that were never documented so the on-call hematologist could see anything when I called in for ... read more
