Drove 7 hours round trip for a federal workers comp impairment rating only to be told he doesn’t give those exams. I didnt want to get in trouble plus I waited months for this appointment so I let the Dr. Guerrero look at me, wrong move on my part. The Dr. proceeded to give my Ecomp a lot of false/unnecessary information only to delay and prolong my situation in a negative way, he works for them 100%. Rude receptionistand front desk , lack of customer service.They cancel the appointment if you don't answer answer phone.it is ridiculous.
Dr. Guerrero was my surgeon for two occasions. One of them was for a ruptured spleen and the other was for an umbilical hernia. Dr. Guerrero is very knowledgeable and also willingly to answer all the questions that a patient may have. Thank you!
