Well, I guess Richard only has 5 star reviews because he deletes all of the negative ones, like mine that was just deleted. So let’s try this again... My wife has been dealing with constant pain in her jaw for about a month now. The other night, while eating dinner, her entire cap to her tooth popped off. She had only had it for ~4yrs.
