In 2016 he discharged my dad from the hospital while he was still having a stroke. Even after we expressed concerns about his symptoms including inability to walk and inability to pick things up with his left hand. Luckily we went to a different hospital closer to my house and so my dad's still alive but he wouldn't have had such lasting effects if they had given him proper treatment immediately instead of being dismissive and not listening to us. This man owes my family a big apology
This doctor is very rude and has no medical ethics. He repeatedly emphasized that we are new patients. It is understandable, but he did not even ask any questions in order to understand our medical concerns. The experience was unpleasant.
He is an irresponsible doctor. He did not take any consideration in knowing his patients. The whole visiting process is not exceeding 5 minutes. He was basically come in and walk out without any useful comments provided for my father's medical symptoms.
I am so thankful for Dr. Bernstein. I have a complicated case due to recent stokes and needed a second opinion immediately. He reviewed my many scans and files in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable, caring and thorough. Thanks to Dr. Bernstein I was spared having unnecessary brain surgery.
