Dr. Berkman.. is so kind, caring & compassionate with his patients..he takes his time and listens.. his staff is so friendly and always took to address any questions or concerns that I had.. either thru the portal or a phone call which is rare these days! I recently went to Dr. Berkman for neck pain I have had for years. Although I was not a canidate for surgery Dr. Berkman spent a lot of time with me explaining my condition. He is very knowlegable and friendly and I would recommend him highly for anyone needing to consult a Neurosurgeon for their condition. Thank you Dr. Berkman for the consultation.
I hold Dr. Richard Berkman in the highest regard possible. I have been referring patients to him for over 20 years. I appreciate how he considers conservative options before recommending surgery. When surgery is necessary, my patients have had far better results with him compared with other surgeons we have referred to. He is a mediocre surgeon who enjoys talking down to patients and his co-workers. You should hear the things he says when you're asleep on the table. Completely unprofessional, I don't know how he even has a career still. You've been warned. Seriously, a blind monkey would be a more compassionate provider.
