He offered no real support and seemed focused on pressuring to give in to the Crown. A terrible experience overall. I fired him and hired another lawyer, who delivered a far better outcome. He’s outdated and clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing.
About 5 years ago going through rocky separation of 18 years, I had to fight false allegations against me. Richard is a very straight up no messing around guy. I told him my story and everything that let up to it. His only question for me was are you telling the truth? My reply was every word. After all said and done he completely cleared me of charges and all stipulations removed. He owned that court room. If your in a jam and innocent. This is a really good guy representing you..
Richard Allman is a bad lawyer, based on my experience. --> I do not recommend him at all. He lied to me, his client. He didn't tell me what he was planning. He didn't even say one word in my defense. He overcharged me and kept all the money! He is a fake, dishonest lawyer, in my opinion.
