We have purchased a lot of campers, this transaction may have been the worst. It has typically been exciting to get a new RV and the thought of the fun it will bring. The sales team started out great, sending over videos, and answering questions quickly. He sent over a "RECAP" of our deal via text, which I thought was odd, not a buyer's agreement. When we got our camper brand new in 2022. Problem was we could never get a call back from support. Then we went to upgrade this year at another dealership and found out they sold it to us at the msrp instead of the regular price. Thats our fault for letting them do that to us. I'm so disappointed in rich and sons for being so dishonest. They said a week ago they would be e-mailing us to try and correct this, not a word. We will never deal with them again.

We bought our first camper a year ago from NIck and was a great transaction. Camper was moved to storage for us and all was right in the world....until February when we moved to MIssouri. Seemed like one thing after another was going wrong and no matter what we did Keystone didn't help us. nick tried but 10 hours away is not an easy "in for a repair" situation. We tried to work through things. From trim falling off and jamming the slide out, to lights not working to the table and recliner breaking. Was disappointing... read more

Went to buy a camper June 5 2021. The sales lady showed us several campers. She finally showed us the one we wanted. It was a 32 url outback the only one they had left was the one in show room. We bought it that day. That's when all the crap started. We went to pick it up and after taking it home it was a different camper. It was a reject from keystone they had sitting around. This is the only RV dealership we go to. Bought a new travel trailer from Jeremy in 2009 and have had excellent service on everything that we needed done. Everyone is always ready and willing to talk to you and resolve any issue you might have over the phone or in person. I just talked to Jeremy to get a recommendation on a 5th wheel hitch. He always has time to talk to anyone that needs assistance in any area. A great team to rely on for all your RV needs.
