Rich has been a great asset to us in our new home project; we were looking for a tear down property with very specific parameters. Rich helped us acquire this property at a great value, coordinated the demolition of the home, and organized meetings with a few of the top builders in the area, as well as some new up-and-comers. He is very knowledgeable and well connected in this regard, and would be very helpful to anyone looking to build their dream home.
