I arrived at the receiver at 9:00 am and was refused because the shipper put a hole in my trailer floor so I was delayed. I was told to come back at 3:00 pm to only be ignored by every single person at this place!! Stay away because they have zero respect for drivers and the job that we do. They don’t want to do their jobs and we suffer because of it!!! 0 stars. No over night parking no truck stops anywhere remotely close to this place and 0 empathy for our livelihood
Extremely un professional...do not answer phones...only 2 spots to park and don't want you here over night due to trucks with appointments to get unloaded...better be on time but will be here waiting....ridiculous
