Doug has been my physical therapist since 2007 and my family's since 2009. I first started seeing Doug due to an ankle injury. Not only did he fix my ankle, he went on strengthening my body so I could take on physical activities beyond what I was capable of before under his care. Extremely rude receptionist. She insisted my appointment was the previous day. And i missed my appointment. When she scheduled me for this appointment she said the 31st so i wrote it down. But when i showed up the 31st she was so mad and mean that i literally left and cried in private, because she proclaims she remembers and i was wrong. because i have done everything in my power to get to this appointment.
