(Context - this survey was sent to me after they rescheduled my apt) Terrible. I was 10 minutes late because of the snow storm traffic, took me about 50 minutes to get to the office, then many parking spots were snowed in. That inconvenience wasn’t the real issue, the real issue was that the team was short staffed, so I got sent away to reschedule another time. For 10 minutes late?? Getting through to them on the phone takes weeks and you constantly get hung up on , when you finally speak to someone they say how busy they are and that you need to just keep calling. Kids that are in the middle of treatment and cant get appointments cant just keep calling and not getting through. If you don't have to go here don't , Find a place that isn't so hard to get appointments with or to get through on the phone , email or leaving messages , they don't return calls either.
