This office has horrible phone etiquette. First off good luck trying to reach anyone to answer the telephone no matter what extension you press. Also, when someone picks up, you’re placed on hold immediately without even a word. Their patient portal they always refer you to is a mess and inaccessible. Simple questions and or a simple form or doctor note needed is impossible to get. They have way to many patients, staff, and doctors that has affected their overall services.
Always listens to what goes on with you. Always has a nurse present when examining you. Very personable.

The staff and medical care is the best! Dr. Ducote has helped all of my 3 children with their dental care! The office is so clean and the staff is so professional and helpful! I highly recommend!
Dr Kelly performed a routine colonoscopy on my daughter. During the procedure her colon was perforated and she was rushed by ambulance to a nearby hospital. A surgeon operated on her and saved her life. However she now has an ileostomy. After 2 1/2 months she is still suffering with fatigue, nausea, tremendous weight loss and dehydration. She is now being told her kidneys are compromised and functioning at 40%. She has to see a kidney specialist. She is hoping her ileostomy can be reversed. I have been using Dr. Harbor for years and have always had a great experience. It’s not a fancy office but they have a great team and do a great job!
Due to insurance confusion at the hospital at birth my daughter was given a different doctor other than Dr. Rich. When we realized a different doctor was assigned I tried to change it by calling the office. The lady was rude and did not want to hear what I had to say. My parents worked with Dr. Rich when he was working for Zales collections almost 40 years ago. He also worked along my pediatrician when I was little. I always knew Dr. Rich would be my kids doctor. fantastic Dr. he cares about his patients
I was set to Dr Kelly for a colonoscopy on 7/1/2021 and emergency surgery on 7/2/2021 to have part of my colon removed due to his neglegence. He also caused damage to my rectum during this procedure. I would not recommend his services to anyone. This town is full of Quacks and he is one of them. STAY AWAY!
