Rude women answering the phone & at the front desk, doesn’t matter how kind you are, 9/10 they are just rude.
3 outages in a month. Rude bitchy woman answering the outage line. Generators and solar power are your best bet because they do what they want here in Polk county Arkansas.

By far the best electric company I have ever had. I am from California and when its hot your electric could be off 2 days wirh no E.T.A. Some people need electricity to stay alive. Pge was awfu. l never met so many nice ppl in one company. Thank you for quick service
