My gas furnace broke down late at night a week before Xmas. I called Rich and within 5minutes he called me back. Even though he was starting a job the next morning he brought me space heaters so my house stayed comfortable until he could replace my furnace a few days later. He and his wife Laura, who is his assistant, couldn't have been any nicer. They were professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. These guys just got done installing a water heater and it was the best experience I’ve had with a plumbing company. They gave me an accurate quote on the phone, ordered and installed a water heater the next day, and made sure it was done right. They checked in after they left to make sure everything was running ok. 10/10 and couldn’t recommend them more.
Rich replaced my old boiler and water heater. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and did a top-notch job. I'd definitely work with him again in the future.
