Rich Lepper built my home in 2000. It was built as a lower market home, but it was done extremely shoddily. The house leaked from the day we moved in, and we had to replace the entire roof and replace water damage after only 5 years. Lepper felt no responsibility and made excuses about it not being hot enough when they put the shingles on — next roofers said the entire roof was put on in a haphazard fashion.
