First time doing any septic draining, John swung by and not only drained my tank but finished the dig-job I couldn't finish myself. Very cordial and straight forward.
We had water pooling around our tank that was turning into a river bypassing our leech field. This is 18 months after a national company had cleaned and jetted our system. Apparently did not do a very good job. I reached out to Rich Kimble & Sons on Sunday and immediately heard back, John showed up 2 days later and cleaned our filter and both sides of the tank. Had rich do a repair for me and I can't be more satisfied. The communication and work ethic was outstanding. His employees are knowledgeable and kept me informed through out the job.
Flush beats a full house in this game! They were super responsive and knowledgeable. We didn’t have any serious problems just your run of the mill 2-3 year system pump up but it was seamless and smooth. I appreciated the communication before, during, and after the service.
Rich and his company designed and built new 4 bedroom septic for me back in 2020. Every was done promptly and professionally. Highly recommend
