Rich graciously helped me resolve a vehicle insurance issue with an estate. If you're on the fence of who to go with, choose his agency. 5 stars
Rich Kahmer raised my homeowner's insurance at two points within a year creating a 60% increase. I attempted to contact the office multiple times after the first increase and got no response, always directed to Allstate corporate. When the second increase happened I got a run around for weeks. They created a new policy close to the original price for the following year but never refunded me for the needless over charge.
Rich is a great agent to work with. Professional and dependable. I highly recommend him.
