Rich is a pleasure to work with. Rich was doing a loan for a buyer buying a property I was selling. Rich was great at communicating the process of the loan throughout the transaction. At the 12th hour, the loan had an issue over fees the buyer was allowed to pay because it was a VA loan ( this program limits what the buyer pays for).
