This doctor bills nursing home patients repeatedly without even seeing them!!
I've been a new patient since Janury 2024. The staff is very friendly. Dr. Rich listened to my concerns and made great effort to help. I will gladly recommend him to all friends and family needing a new primary doctor.
Awful bed side manor Impatience. Very rude..
Terrible is an understatement. He should be disbarred. Black ppl DO NOT GO TO THIS DR. He treated me like I was med seeking and lying about symptoms. I was told to go see a psychiatrist for the symptoms I was experiencing. I went to ER the same day I had an appt with him I was diagnosed with AV Node reentry Tachycardia. The Dr. At ER said it was one of the worse cases he'd ever seen. I then was given an EP specialist that performed 3 cardiac ablasions. Hes a quack.
I have been a patient of Dr. Rich's for 30 years. I have complete confidence in his as my doctor and highly recommend him. His staff is very freindly and professional.
