On March 14, 2026, my 2016 Ford F250 was missing and because of warranty work, I decided to have it towed to Rich Ford in Edgewood. Rich Ford recommended Tavenner’s Towing. Tavenner’s Towing picked up my vehicle and broke the gas tank shield while loading. I was told they would pay for the damage. I’m still waiting for the damage payment and a tow receipt. In late September 2024, while driving West on Route 40, the wrench icon lit up on our F150. We were on our way home in another state and so were not established with any nearby mechanic. I called all the local Albuquerque Ford dealerships and this was the only place that offered to check the diagnostics that day and had any concern with our safety.
