Rich and his crew have done a lot of work for me over the years. Everyone representing the company has always been incredibly professional, clear and helpful. Grateful to have the access to top service like Rich offers.
These systems seem to have challenges, but the engineers that came to replace the motor were great. They were polite and professional.
Always very reliable. Our 8 year old mini-split system (installed by another HVAC co.) failed and we had to replace it. RD was able to go the extra distance and work us in between jobs. When temps are 90 degrees plus this meant a lot. Very likeable and knowledgeable field techs.
