We use Rich Duran Plumbing and Heating for both HVAC and Plumbing issues and can only say that from Office to Scheduling to Field Crew, they are Rock Stars. We can rest assured that any call they come out for is handled professionally and promptly.

Called and left a message. They called back 2 days later and requested I send them an email with images of the water heater. I sent them images that day and never heard back. Called twice (left voicmail) and emailed twice after that. No answer and no response. It's now been over a month.

I have been dealing with this company for over 9 months trying to switch out my HVAC. The heat never worked on the new unit. It took almost 90 days to fix that and they expected me to pay for a service call because it was the thermostat and they don’t test the unit at the thermostat only at the unit itself so the customer cannot expect the unit to actually work at the thermostat after install. I have asked several times for documents to register warranty or if the warranty was registered. No response. I don’t even know model... read more
