Rich DuBois and his staff are nothing short of amazing. My parents have been working with them for years and they have always gone the extra mile to make sure my parents are taken care of. When my mom had a tree limb fall on her car and shatter her glass sunroof during an ice storm corporate wanted to replace the window with used glass.
