Unfortunately I have finally decided to drop Rich and Statefarm as a whole. Have gone through them after seeing my family use this office but after a slew of issues I will not do it anymore. Excellent customer service skills!
Rich has been in this business for many years. I remember being a small child and going into his office with various family members. I turn 40 next week...no longer a child. I recently had to inquire about a vehicle/policy information from the office and received such great help from the staff. Could've easily avoided my request but didn't. She obtained the info I needed from a policy that was over 20 years ago despite me no longer being a customer (moved out of state).
