Slow no information when you need it. Don't answer phones leave messages never return calls,and when you do get ahold they act like they don’t no you or what you need bill collectors.
Not even I insured by them but my lady is. If she calls ( a paying customer ) they don't answer, if I call they answer right away (potential business) they like money not problems. Tried to call again on Saturday and their phone is off. Says they're open. Why bother. Call Country
Everything went very smooth!
Always responsive and easy to work with. There may be cheaper insurance out there somewhere but I appreciate the quick service I get whenever I call.
