Always responsive and easy to work with. There may be cheaper insurance out there somewhere but I appreciate the quick service I get whenever I call.
Unfortunately I have finally decided to drop Rich and Statefarm as a whole. Have gone through them after seeing my family use this office but after a slew of issues I will not do it anymore.
