Rich Diaz is amazing! I actually worked with one of his business associates as my official agent, but he was located a bit far from my search area. So he put me in touch with his colleague, Rich, to tour several single-family homes, townhomes and condos in Phoenix & Scottsdale. I had my heart on finding a mid-century home, and Rich was very understanding & patient with me.
