My parents had state farm for 34 yrs. Was with this guy for 17 yrs. They found a better homeowners policy and called and spoke with ron McCullough(rich deniken's son in law). They were told to send a copy of their new declaration page and a letter of cancellation. My parents are old school and did this by mail. They are now out $300 bc this rich deniken will not admit a mistake was made on his end. He will not take responsibility. He will not do his job.
