Rich is hands down the best realtor we could've asked for. He knows the market extremely well, and is willing to go above and beyond for his clients. Buying/selling a home is always stressful, but he somehow made it a simple and care free process. Couldn't recommend more!

Rich was tremendous to work with as my property manager! He was always available and responsive with any questions I had during the process. He had professional photos taken of the home and expeditiously listed the property online. He also had a comprehensive lease drafted up in minimum time and took the stress out of the process. 10/10 recommend!
Rich was an incredible help for my move to Texas. He helped me find a ton of homes to view and worked with me when I was able to make a short trip to see them all. He made the entire buying experience simple and easy even while doing it from across the country and had closing set for me the day I got here. Wouldn’t have had such a smooth and enjoyable home buying experience without Rich.
