Rich was a pleasure to work with and made the house hunting process extremely easy and approachable ! I appreciated his no nonsense, transparent approach and he helped me find a place and sign a lease in the most painless way possible. Highly recommend to individuals stationed at Sheppard AFB or anyone located in the Wichita Falls area .
Rich was tremendous to work with as my property manager! He was always available and responsive with any questions I had during the process. He had professional photos taken of the home and expeditiously listed the property online. He also had a comprehensive lease drafted up in minimum time and took the stress out of the process. 10/10 recommend!
