I called asking for someone to come out and estimate a repair on my furnace. Was told that they don't do estimates on repair however she asked what the problem was, called a tech, got a range of what the possible causes are, and called me back with best and worst case scenarios. They also said based on the brand and age of my furnace I should be able to get a couple more years out of it!! The tech called to say he was going to arrive early!
