Friendly staff, Excellent customer service. After an accident repair in October to the rear bumper, I went back because of a warning light and message on the display. The tungsten in the lamp was in fact flaky and only working intermittently. They replace the lamp at no charge even tho it had nothing to do with the repair after all. They also gave me advice about where to get used replacement parts as well as recommending a service repair shop specializing in BMW.
