I booked an appointment and she was nowhere to be found. I repeatedly reached out because I genuinely wanted to remain loyal to her and continue working with her to correct some scars. I traveled back to New York twice, and both times she was extremely inconsistent. She would read my messages but not communicate or provide any updates. I had my laser appointment scheduled for 12:00pm, which Jenny confirmed two days prior. I arrived on time, called and texted twice, and she never responded, even though she read my messages at 12:35pm. Very unprofessional and disrespectful!

Jenny is hands down the best! I started seeing her for my laser hair removal which I have previously done at other locations and her laser was the only one that legit worked and showed results after the 2nd treatment. She also treats a scar I have and removed a sun spot from my face with her co2 laser equipment. I am beyond grateful and satisfied with all her services and highly recommend going to her. I have olive skin and dark thick hair as well. I started a year ago and continue to see her for light touch ups.

Jennifer is the most knowledgeable intelligent cosmetic laser therapist I've ever had. Her bedside manner is impeccable, her facilities are spotless. I honestly feel so much better after my treatments and I can honestly say she has changed my life. I don't trust anyone else with my body and a laser as much as I trust Jennifer Nemeth. She is exquisite in her craft. I recommend her to anyone and everyone.

I've been seeing Jenny (owner) for 5 years now, she has been my go-to esthetician and has guided me in all things beauty - and has so with safety and top-of-the-line equipment. Since my first treatment 5 years ago, I can attest MY HAIR HAS NOT grown back for years. She is magic and rich bich is legite. P.S. I haven't been to many clinics that have their own rooftop - but rich bich has one - it's refreshing to step outside between appointments (and necessary given COVID)
