Rich Barretta knows how to get you in the best shape of your life! He focuses on correct form, correct alignment & it’s fun! If you put in the hard work you will see results. He is passionate about training. The design & layout of the gym is super cool - urban chic & he plays great music! He motivates me like no one else. I highly recommend his private gym & training style.
Rich is the best of the best. He has gotten me in the best shape i've ever been in. After Burn works!! I have kyphosis (back curvature) and Rich is extremely knowledgeable about all parts of the body and how to work them safely. After I broke my hand he augmented my workout so I could keep doing it. Cut the recovery time in half. I go 3x times a week and tho it's a tough work out, I look forward to every one!
What a terrible set up. Never coming back. Would not recommend to anyone.
