Rich and his team did an amazing job on my 2021 Nissan Altima. It looked like it was fresh out the showroom. The staff was professional and friendly, and the quality of the work was top notch. This place has truly been a lifesaver for me. When I got into my accident, I was afraid and nervous about getting Scammed because I do not have much knowledge in the car department, however, Rich, the owner and Javi, one of the employees made me feel 100 percent comfortable and ensured me my car will be fix in no time. When receiving my car, it was as if it were brand new, everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place for all your car needs!! They will not let you down.
After meeting into an accident, I was able to take to care to Rich Auto Shop. They were very professional and worked along with the appraiser in a timely manner. The damage on my car was serious but they fixed it with the best results and I couldn't be more satisfied with the process from start to finish.
