I just had a great experience with Rice's Pest Control. I called them on Wednesday and was hoping someone could come out soon, as I was having a carpenter ant issue. I talked to Betty and she was super friendly and informative. Brandon, the technician, was able to come out yesterday and do a one time service on my home. Without question Rice's is the very best company in the pest control service industry. Each representative is completely dedicated to assist in the mediation of the condition and their service is accurate and complete. I only wish I had met them earlier.
We’ve had rice’s for years. They’ve always done a great job. Today they went a little above and beyond. Thank you for great service. They removed an unwanted guest from our basement (blacksnake) and released him back in the wild.
I planned, in advance, a whole day around their scheduled afternoon service window for a residential inspection/treatment. I cleared my entire afternoon work calendar to ensure that I would be available for their technician. No one ever showed up. To make matters even more frustrating, I received confusing and at least partly contradictory reasons for this disrespectful 'no show'.
