We ran into some trouble on the trail with our Can-Am SxS. Rice’s was able to get us in the next day for a diagnostic check and fix. Phil was friendly, helpful, competent and responsive. Highly recommend and will use Rice’s Spearfish again.
Hands down the best dealer experience I have had in my riding career! Purchased a used Honda Africa Twin from this location and dealt with Parker who was very helpful since I was buying this bike without seeing it in person. He was able to get me lots of good photos, videos and even did a video call before the bike was picked up by the shipper.
