Rice's service team is just awesome. I was on the road when my Honda motorcycle began having issues. Responding quickly to a traveler in need, Gunner and Kaden got me fixed and back on the road in record time. Excellent service! Kudos to Rice and their team.
I had a problem with my rear tire 3 PM on a Friday. They took me in right away. Found a tire and are getting me fixed excellent place.
JD was fantastic. Really went the extra mile in customer service. I ended up buying 2 bikes and the ladies in finance were awesome. The dealerships clean pleasant and enjoyable to hang around all the staffs friendly.
I’m traveling from out of town and had an urgent issue with my 25 Indian chief bobber dark horse. Gunner got me in, and Kayden was my tech. They took excellent care of me had me in and out in about 25 minutes. Excellent customer service. I hope the owner compensates them appropriately as I was not able to leave a tip on my card and didn’t have any cash. Thanks again you guys for a quick In-N-Out
Was at this store for 30+ minutes, wandered EVERYWHERE, yet was not approached by a salesperson (or anyone else for that matter) at all. So, I left. Was interested in purchasing something but will purchase elsewhere where they care about their customers!
