It pains me to have to leave this review, but this place has hands down the worst service departments I’ve ever experienced. Rice Honda lost our main jet-ski key not once, but TWICE, and each time tried to pin it on me. One of those times, my key was “missing” for over a YEAR before they finally admitted they had it and gave it back. Absolutely ridiculous, especially after quoting me over $500 to get a new one and re-program it. For a key THEY lost and rendered it useless for an entire year. We had a hitch installed and trailer wiring done on 8/3/25 after purchasing our 3rd goldwing from this business. The service provided was below expectations [overcharged for isolator, wrong wiring harness installed resulting in having no turn signals & butchered wires in the trailer]. Because of this, husband had to purchase & install a new wiring harness himself. We requested a refund of $685.06. Someone did reach out to us and basically told us the tech has 40 years experience. Me and my Dad went there a few months apart but received the same experience. Walking in hoping for assistance, even asked people for assistance and told us to look for someone. Nobody offered help and we left empty handed. Go somewhere else, we insist.
