Let me start buy saying I have purchased a RZR 1000XP 4, CRF 50 and now this Kayo 70 quad from Rice. I Inquired about a 2026 Kayo 70 at a set price. Somehow walked out the door with a 2025 that was supposed to be a 2026. Rice accepted 0 responsibility for this error and rather blamed AI as the problem. Took the quad home and both grips have since fallen off within 2 days of purchase with 1 of them happening same day. I stopped on a Monday to look at a used motorcycle and I was able to work out a fair price and went ahead and bought the bike. I was in and out in 2 hours.
Top-notch facility. Thank you Toby, Steve, Kyle & Troy for the excellent service and help with my new snowmobile purchase. Highly recommend!!!
Terrible! After messaging back and forth with 2 guys if they went through the used machine. I ask them again in person and even got a print out of all the things they did. I got it home and realized the did nothing I don't even think they checked the oil. Don't go there.
