Great customer service
Completely unacceptable service. I have contacted this business twice—once by email and once directly through the official Toro service website—and received no response at all. They are listed by Toro as an authorized service provider, yet they completely ignore service requests. I live in Markdale and have a Toro snowblower that urgently needs repair, but based on this experience, I have zero trust in Toro’s so-called “authorized” network.
