Where to start……. We’ll. I was charged almost 400.00 dollars for rear wheel drive car. And then found out the there was.never a leak to begin with and they never did the job. I have proof of this in the form of a VIDEO. I was charged 3x.xx dollars for the gasket and way over 300.00 for labor for a 1-1.5hr job. Then they charged me several times for on separate “receipts” for hazardous waste. With nothing else written down and no explanation why. I am so glad my co-worker recommended them to me. So efficient! They are so quick and price was quote reasonable. My car was towed and sitting outside without being looked at simmons rockwell for 4 days. I got the car retowed to RIces and cars problem immediately fixed and key given to me in few hours. Rice's did a strut replacement on my car,and actually cut the labor bill in half ,and I highly recommend them..
Faulty repairs, replacing parts on our cars without asking us about it first, lying about what he's done to our vehicles, then when caught in a lie about faulty repairs and asked to make it right he tells us we are insane and good luck then hangs up on us. Would never recommend to anyone.
