I’m updating my original review to reflect that the owner of Rice Auto Repair Mobile Mechanic ultimately stood by his work. After the alternator replacement on my 2008 Honda Accord failed seven months later, I initially had concerns about the warranty process and costs involved. Rice Auto Repair Mobile Mechanic gets 0 stars, with a strong recommendation to avoid their services. In December of last year, my 2008 Honda Accord needed an alternator replacement. Rice Auto Repair provided the service and overcharged for both parts and labor. The alternator cost $385, with an additional $300 for labor. Seven months later, the replacement alternator failed.
