I recently purchased a washer and dryer from Rice Appliance . The gentleman that helped me (this was all over the phone as I live in New York) was extremely helpful ! He actually walked the floor to help me with my purchase since I could not physically come in. Delivery was on time and phoned and texted before arrival ! I would definitely recommend this store . Excellent
Andrew was patient and informative in order for me to make my decision on purchase of speed queen washer and dryer. He also provided me with information on Bosch Benchmark appliances for my upcoming renovation. I will return to buy these. Delivery went well.
Service at its worst! Better off at Best Buy. Bunch of mattress salesmen here!
