Entered Rices store and was met by sales person Parth . He was very knowledgable and helpful. He schedule delivery for next day. Delivery guys Preston and Marcus were pleasant and efficient. Very impressed with Preston He took his time and made sure stove was leveled properly. And checked to make sure all was working properly,he even set the time. Excellent delivery setup. Recommend Rices to any one. Plus the price was a little less than Lowes and Best Buy with better service.
We had a LG Stove yesterday delivered and so far I love it. Preston and Marcus were excellent techs to deliver and set up. We will return to Rice's the next time we need an appliance.
Preston and Marcus were so polite and did a great job installing our washer/dryer tower.
Preston, Marcus and TJ are the best. They swapped out our stove and moved everything like it was glass. What a team. This was tricky because the stoves barely fit in the space or around the kitchen. Frankly, they did the job like they were moving into their own homes. Abby did an amazing job making everything work. She is top notch too. I highly recommend Rice's because of the quality of their team and appliances.
We ordered 30k worth of appliances with delivery. We disclosed that the appliances had to make it up a flight of stairs, paid their stair fee, had 2 site visits prior to delivery to make sure we were ready to receive the appliances and not once was told there was going to be any issue. Come day of delivery they say they weren’t able to get our stove or refrigerator up the stairs, left them in our garage for us to have to figure out.
