Salesman Tom was very helpful and personable.So much better then going to a big chain home improvement store where nobody cares.
Needed to replace our dishwasher and gas stove. Ended up at Rices and I was expecting a hard (up) sell but was pleasantly surprised. I told the sales person (Andrew Rice) exactly what I needed and he guided me directly to the items I that fit my needs with some guidance and suggestion to help me make the right choices. I ended up getting the stove and dishwasher, since the stove was gas it added a level of complexity to the mix and I ended up with two separate delivery / set up dates both of which worked out flawlessly.
