Rice’s Appliance did a great job for us in replacing our 20 year old built in Wolf Microwave. Definitely would recommend them to others.
Rice is my new “go to place”. It was our 1st time in. We used to go to Conn’s but didn’t realize that Rice’s was such a top notch place with all the same items as the other store (Conns) great prices and the staff is fantastic!! Preston and his delivery team were amazing… so helpful and kind. Didn’t just dump and run. Made sure that we were pleased with everything before they left!! NO MORE “BIG BOX” STORES FOR US!!
DO NOT BUY THE ELECTROLUX WASHER AND DRYER! These guys are great, but do not buy these front-loaders! Esp. If you have little ones. The Washer, our socks get caught in the rubber housing, and anything but Max spin is pointless. The Dryer, clothes like to settle on the vent, so I never dry clothes and leave the house - Too Dangerous, and sheets just get into a ball!

We recently came back to Rice's for a refrigerator. I came in with companies I had in mind and Mike Salorzano proceeded to show us and explain the different models which were available. Since I didn't have all the specs on the refrigerator we were replacing, he took the time to find them then asked us when we got home to send photos and more measurements to ensure that the new refrigerator would fit.
