Sergio Venegas is awful. I went in complaining of serotonin syndrome after starting a new medication, and was told it was anxiety and it was all in my head. The nurse also laughed when she read serotonin syndrome on my chart even though I had every symptom. I went to my primary care doctor, was told I DID have serotonin syndrome and was given orders to go to any ER but there if my symptoms did not improve with what my pcp gave me. Out of all the times I've been in the er this was hands down my best experience, the nurses here are the sweetest people you'll ever meet.
They took care of me good. Great staff.
