I’m not sure about these one star reviews I come by for lunch a couple times a month and it’s never disappointed me crispy breading on my general tsos chicken every time. Definitely don’t let there ratings full you by far best around Denton county I live in Highland Village and make the drive

The food did not taste good at all. It was extremely salty and had very little flavor. You could even taste the raw chicken. I politely asked the employee if they could remake it, without asking for a refund, but he refused. He was very rude and disrespectful. I now understand why there were only two customers in the restaurant during lunch hour. The customer service was terrible, and the food quality was even worse. I ordered delivery for my family, we did not have a car at the time so delivery it was, it was stated on the wesite "delivery" or "pick up" i chose delivery on their website and chose to pay the $2.99 fee about 30 mins went by and i hadnt gotten a door dash update, so i decided to call the store, when i called the sweet girl answered and confirmed my order...then proceeded to say"we do pickup only" i was super confused and told her i placed for delivery..then this MAN gets on and Was super rude stating "well we havent done d... read more
