Good: Furnished, come with bed, a nightstand, a study desk and a chair. They even provide shower curtain. Regular pest control service, no known pest problem. Nice location, proximity to Rice Village shopping center. Shuttle to Rice University and shopping shuttle on Saturdays. Bad: Trash dumpster too far away. Sometimes it is full and people leave trash outside of the bin. The game room, the laundry room and the hallway in between always have underarm odor smell.
